Hello, and welcome to our site! I’m Marilyn Gordon, and here is some information about me and what I do:
I’m a life transformation teacher, healer, board-certified hypnotherapist, personal development school director, speaker, and author with over forty years’ experience both teaching and healing in such areas as language arts, meditation, yoga, and hypnotherapy.
I specialize in deep inner healing of the mind, emotions, and spirit, bringing compassion and love to what I do. My purpose is to amplify the good and talents in others, to help them heal mind and body, and empower their lives.
I have a deep spiritual background, having studied with great masters from around the globe, and having a profound spiritual practice of yoga, meditation, and spiritual lifestyle.
I’ve been teaching all of my adult life beginning in 1965. I became a teacher of hypnotherapy in 1987, teaching workshops and training programs, as well as instructing at various hypnosis conferences. I’ve been teaching hypnotherapy certification since 1993, both in-person and online.
I’ve also taught many workshops and seminars on such topics as Spiritual Healing Power; The Power of the Mind; Life-Transformation; Health, Weight and Lifestyle Transformation; Energy Healing, Performance Acceleration; Stress Relief, and many other professional workshops on Hypnotherapy and Healing of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
I’ve created an original hypnotherapy method, the Transformational Healing Method. One person has said, “Your hypnotherapy program is life-changing work.” Another has said, “I feel that your method of transformational healing is more powerful than anything I’ve learned so far, and I’ve taken many trainings.”
My honors are: Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan, other honorary organizations, including Phi Kappa Phi (1962) and Pi Lambda Theta (1962). I’ve been mentioned in thirteen Who’s Whos, The Dictionary of International Biography, and Outstanding People of the Twentieth Century. I’ve been a nominee for International Woman of the Year from the American Biographical Institute, and I was recently given a lifetime Who’s Who in America award. I’ve won six hypnotherapy awards, including Educator of the Year.
I’ve written a number of books, the most noteworthy being: Extraordinary Healing; The Wise Mind; Healing is Remembering Who You Are, Realize Your Greatness, Calm Down, Peter Puppy for Children, and more.
Taking this Hypnotherapy Certification Course was definitely a life-changing experience for me! Marilyn displays a personal warmth and acceptance of her students that is remarkable. It’s a fantastic course, and Marilyn came so highly recommended. The option to go at my own pace was perfect. She was also available for some 1:1 Zoom sessions, as well as via email.
