Working with your emotions can be challenging, especially if you’re an emotional person. If you can consider that transforming and healing your emotions is a path to life transformation and growth, it becomes a practice that takes your life to higher and higher levels. Some emotional experiences are relatively mild, and others can be huge life challenges. Here are some tips for transforming your emotions.
1. Look at the purpose of your emotional experience. Is there something it’s trying to teach you? Everything you undergo and everything you feel is an opportunity for awakening to a higher level of life.
2. Look back at your life, and see how past experiences have been instructional. You may see in hindsight how the pieces of the puzzle fit together, how experiences that have grieved you or made you angry or terrified were exactly what you needed to both deepen you as a soul and help you to move on in your growth. A relationship that ended might have been just the chance you needed to move to a different city or to another person, and to find something with which your soul is more aligned–or at the deepest level, to awaken you to the essential experience of your spiritual self.
3. Look at your emotional patterns. We all have emotional patterns that are scripts we came here to experience. Some of us are very angry. Others are cowering and fearful. Some are very controlling. Still others are filled with deep sadness and grief. Some of us feel all these feelings, though usually some theme predominates. Most of us were born with these feelings and we came here to transform them.
4. See how you can benefit from the emotions you’re experiencing. You might see that there’s a great plan, a built-in system of spiritual transformation and emotional healing in everything you experience. Sadness can open you to the heart of all of humanity. Anger can give you power. Fear can protect you in many circumstances. Even depression can show you the underbelly of its opposite sunny reality so that you can balance the dualities of life and eventually move beyond the duality to the wholeness of all things. You might see that through your own suffering, you can now feel profound compassion for people all over the world who are suffering. You might feel a profound wisdom that shines a laser beam on the meaning of some experience in your life. Maybe that divorce, for example, is exactly what both your souls need for greater growth and self-knowledge. It is more than likely that the death of a dear one or the loss of a job or a physical illness are all teachings, opportunities to move away the clouds, to be more present and more awake.
5. Look at How to Heal and Transform Your Emotions
The steps in deep inner healing as mentioned here are: experience, release, and transform.
* First allow the experience of your emotions. So often we want to run away from our experience. Our culture offers palliatives, drugs, escapes, and entertainment so we don’t have to experience ourselves. And yet, there is great value and richness in allowing yourself to come to know what is the true content of your life.
* Next, release the experience, using special techniques or just awareness and deep breathing.
* Then transform your emotions by taking a leap in consciousness to an expanded level of knowing, in which you’re in touch with love, wisdom, light, peace, forgiveness, and compassion. This ability to move your consciousness is a gift you’ve been given. You came here to know this other level of life, often through your deepest trials.

The illustrations by Olga Calestru are filled with color and love, and the song is whimsical and beautifully produced. Here’s a link to the one-minute video that plays the song:
“Breathing in and breathing out again. Peaceful, slow and deep…
Your little body is becoming more peaceful all the time. Your little legs and back and face all feel so peaceful. That is so good!
Your little body is feeling so relaxed. Peaceful, calm and comfortable…
“Everything is okay—and everything will be okay. Now that you’re settled down, you know that everything is feeling good. No matter what, you just feel better and better as you get more and more peaceful and calm.
“What a wonderful puppy you are, and so dear, and inside of you, you have so much good. You feel cozy and comfortable. Better and better every minute. And you know that everything is all right.
You feel cozy and comfortable. Soft and warm…
“Whenever you want to calm down, you just say ‘I feel good’ and you will always be able to feel calmer and calmer every moment.
Say, “I feel good” to yourself or out loud.
You can calm down any time you want to, and you’ll also remember how much I love you!
“I love you so much…”
This children’s book is also for lovers of Pomeranians, other dogs, hypnotherapy, transformation, tender loving care–and everything else in between!
I’ve been busy making some shifts in my own world, and I’m ready to tell you about one of them.
I’m creating new programs and offerings, and I’m revealing one of them in a
preview of coming attractions today. It’s not finished yet, but it’s getting there,
and I’m finally ready to tell you about it.
It’s a book for children 3-8 called Calm Down, Peter Puppy. It’s about an adorable
furry white Pomeranian puppy who’s a little ball of energy. His mommy tells him that he needs
to calm down, and so she and the other furry dogs in his family help him to feel
relaxed and calm through some amazing things that they do. As you might have guessed,
I’m using hypnotic techniques, Gordonian hypnosis to be specific, and tons of love
to help Peter and all the children and their families who read and listen to this book
and audiobook. It will be available soon!
I have an awesome artist who lives in Moldova, near Russia. I love the talent and heart
she’s putting into this project, and here are two of her great creations,
which I’m revealing for the first time.
Here’s another excerpt from *Healing is Remembering Who You Are.* It’s one of over 20 special healing techniques in the book:
Healing with Water
Water is a basic element of your being. It composes a major percentage of your chemical makeup. It was your early fetal environment; it grows life and it also destroys life. It has great healing and transformative powers, on both physical and inner levels. Water visualizations can wash clean old emotions and can regenerate bodies and spirits as well. You can imagine that you are in a pool of water, a waterfall, a pond—or even the ocean, and you are washing away negativity, illness and pain. If you have a fear of water, you need only wade in or splash the water on yourself. If you are an enthusiast, you can dive in and explore the depths of the ocean, glide past the undersea ocean life, and clear away your difficulties. You can clean the dirt of childhood abuse or the pain of anger, fear, guilt, and grief.

Your Healing Essence
In 1970, someone suggested I go to a yoga class. I needed something. I was a burnt-out, frazzled ex-teacher, and desperately needed to find some peace. I went to a building that smelled of fresh- baked bread, incense and sweet wood, and I climbed the stairs to an upper room full of spacious windows and green vibrant plants. We did yoga postures, and then we did something that changed my life forever; we relaxed so deeply, that I was transported into another state of consciousness. I had never been able to relax this way before. It soothed my raw nerves, but it also did much more. It altered my vision, my perspective. It pointed me inward to my own essence. And from that point on, I dedicated myself to understanding what that essence was about.
Essence is a strong inner core.
I came to learn that this essence is a strong inner core that belongs to everyone; it has the qualities of love, wisdom, and strength. I realized that it’s a natural state of elevated consciousness, a natural high of love and power that everyone is looking for and is most often trying to find in outward ways—looking for the sweetness of love in sweet food—or for the closeness in a relationship—or for the re-experience of that original state in drugs or alcohol. I found out that the loss of this state is experienced as loneliness, abandonment, depression and lack of love. Underneath all the problems of life, underneath the anger, illness, grief, or feeling of unworthiness, there is an essence that can heal.
The child knows essence naturally.
Babies have the natural experience of this essence. Later our natural illumination is dimmed as we learn from parents and others that our personality is all that exists. For the rest of our lives we’re looking to get back to that original state of love. Most adult problems stem from lack of contact with the inner experience of essence, but fortunately we do have the fundamental capacity for healing.
Barriers to essence can be dissolved.
Healing pain, stress, fear and abuse is not about seeking external solutions or palliatives. It is about remembering this deep inner core that has been covered over by layer after layer of worldly experience, conditioning and personality. While therapy is often about examining the issues of the personality, inner healing or “remembering” is about going directly to the place of love and understanding and from this place dissolving the barriers that are in the way of self- knowledge. It is about peeling off the layers of life experiences and revealing your essence to yourself once again.
Shine the light of essence to heal all wounds.
When you free this essence, then other parts of you—weaker, disenfranchised part of your personality—are seen in a new way. When you shine a light on these places, the illumination changes them. Sometimes the light disintegrates the weaker parts and they disappear—but more often, it makes them whole. By shedding light on the difficult places in your personality, you can bring to them love, wisdom, peace, joy, and understanding—and they will never again be the same. The process is not “therapy”—but a return to who you really are.
What kind of information about a specific need, want or interest of yours would you like me to address in our emails, products or courses?
In other words, what kinds of challenges are you seeking solutions for?
There is a place within each person that is totally whole and complete. That’s where we go in Spiritual Hypnosis—right to the place of love and wisdom to transform all the other parts of the self. When you or your clients make that spiritual connection and find the place of perfect wholeness, fears fall away, anger turns to compassion, habits shift, and old traumas are transformed.
How I Found My Way to Spiritual Hypnosis
In 1970, someone suggested I go to a yoga class. I needed something. I was a burnt-out, frazzled ex-English teacher, and I desperately needed to find some peace. I went to a building that smelled of fresh-baked bread, incense and sweet wood, and I climbed the stairs to an upper room full of spacious windows and green vibrant plants. And it ultimately led me to the great path of Spiritual Hypnosis.
A Precursor to Progressive Relaxation
Years later, I found out that the relaxation that we did in yoga class was called “progressive relaxation” in the hypnosis world, and I found that not only would it lead me and others into deeply intoxicating states of consciousness, but it would have practical applications that could heal and transform people to their very core.
Everyone Has This Strong Inner Core
I eventually realized that through Spiritual Hypnosis, I could assist people to find the strength to overcome their challenges—as it had helped me. I came to know that everyone has the qualities of love, wisdom, and strength. Underneath all the problems of life, underneath the anger, illness, grief, or feeling of unworthiness, there is this spiritual power that can heal. Most adult problems stem from lack of contact with the inner experience of essence, but fortunately we do have the fundamental capacity for healing, and that is what Spiritual Hypnosis is about.
Transforming Old Conditioning
Healing pain, stress, fear and abuse is not always about seeking external solutions or palliatives. It is about remembering this deep inner core that has been covered over by layer after layer of worldly experience, conditioning and personality. While therapy is often about examining the issues of the personality, inner healing or Spiritual Hypnosis is about going directly to the place of love and understanding and from this place dissolving the barriers that are in the way of self- knowledge. It is about peeling off the layers of life experiences and revealing your essence to yourself once again.
Shining the Light of Consciousness
When you free this essence, then other parts of you—weaker, disenfranchised part of your personality—are seen in a new way. When you shine a light on these places, the illumination changes them. Sometimes the light disintegrates the weaker parts and they disappear—but more often, it makes them whole. The process is not “therapy”—but a return to who you really are. Spiritual Hypnosis can set into motion the process for healing all parts of the self, especially fears, anger, grief, weakness, habits, challenges and more.
Spiritual Hypnosis Combines All Levels of Consciousness
There are different levels of mind in which we function, the subconscious, the conscious, the energy system and the higher self.
Your subconscious mind is like Google, a universal search engine in which all the “documents” of your life are kept in searchable files. This includes losses, habits, and traumas, and it also includes subpersonalities like the inner child. You can put it on “search mode” and find out many answers to your life’s questions – like “Why do I keep on doing this thing that I don’t want to do – over and over again?”
The Transformation System of the Universe
The superconscious mind is just the opposite. It’s your higher self or Wise Mind, and it’s the transformation system of the universe. The qualities of this state – wisdom, love, peace, light, forgiveness, and enlightenment – are gifts given to you to help you to become your greatest self. The superconscious state goes above and beyond every other feeling, thought, pattern, or tendency in your body and mind, and your awareness of it shifts the very core of your life itself.
Getting in touch with your superconscious returns you to wholeness and is the basis of prayer, meditation, transformational healing, and Spiritual Hypnosis. It is ultimately practical, as it consistently reminds you of the wholeness that’s at the core of your being and that we can consistently return to for comfort and peace. Spiritual Hypnosis is the perfect vehicle for embracing the natural, powerful, innate healing system of the universe. It provides the tools to look within and find the timeless truths of existence that constitute the healing power.

In this spellbinding book, you will embark on an enlightening adventure into the realm of the imagination as you meet a woman who overcomes her deepest challenges with work, finances, relationships, love and spirituality.
When I began to write the fifth chapter of this book, a voice inside me told me to make it a story. You see, the beginning of this book had been written as pure prose, so when the voice came to me, I didn’t know where to start. It spoke again, this time saying, “Begin at the beginning, Alice.” This was certainly something I had heard before, and Realize Your Greatness quickly transformed into a sort of metaphysical Alice in Wonderland. The main character, Alice, meets magical teachers and mentors who invite her into their amazing environments and shift her entire ground of being so that she reaches a new level of love, self-knowledge and manifestation.
Alice’s journey answers these questions and more: How can I create greater income and success, have a happier mind, overcome hurts of the past, create better relationships, find my life purpose and create a profound spiritual connection? If your questions are similar to Alice’s, then order your copy of Realize Your Greatness today and we assure you that you’ll be on your way to the personal and spiritual growth you’ve been looking more.
